1.1. Jacob Heidebrecht b. abt.1747, m. Catharina Fast, d. Lichtenau, Molotschna, S. Russia. Jacob died 9/22/1785, Krebsfelde, Prussia. Catharina: Unruh (p.341) and the Heidebrecht book (p.28) agree that widow Heydebrecht migrated from Krebsfelde, Prussia to the Molotschna in 1803/4.

Plett's footnote says; she had a brother, Cornelius Heidbrecht, a well-to-do farmer living in Nikolaidorf, Russia during the 1880s. Her birth entry at Unruh, p.332 calls her "Catarina" & the 1835 census entry calls her "Margaretha." (per/H.F. Calg.) Johan: He was 15 at emigration in 1804 to Russia. Shortly after he md. Maria Klassen. He took over his father's Wirtshaft No.10 in Orloff; his sons referred to as "Orloffer Friesens."

Plett says, born Jan/4/1832. Emigrated from Lichtfelde, Mol. in 1875 to Rosenort, MB. From there to Beaver Flat, SK. where they began again with several of children.

Cornelius died 8/28/1922, Herbert, SK., buried: 8/31/1922, Herbert Community Cemetery. Helena: I have fit her in because the parents' names match from the Bergthal Book.
1.1.1.1.1.3. Margaret Friesen b. 5/26/1872, Russia (K&KI), m. ?, Abram Hiebert, b. 9/24/1871, (son of Abram Hiebert and Maria Nickel) d. 11/14/1929. Margaret died 1940. She came to Manitoba, Canada in 1874 with her parents, & lived in the Rosenort district, where she met Abram Hiebert. In 1907 the Hieberts came to Herbert, to homestead. He retired in 1934 to Chilliwack, B.C. Woodbine St. Abram: note: K&KI had this death date for his son, Abe. and 1948 as this man's death could be a mistake somewhere?

Agata: She was sister to Abram Hiebert who married Johan's twin, Margaret. Double wedding. The Friesens lived at Plum Coulee,MB. before homesteading at Ravenscraig, & later moving to Gull Lake, SK. Both died in Chilliwack.
